The vegetables and fruits of Dong Xanh are grown in greenhouses in Lac Duong, Lam Dong and fruit trees are grown in Vinh Cuu, Dong Nai. Both farms are grown according to VietGAP organic standards, using only nano fertilizers, not using chemical crop care methods. Fruit and vegetable seeds are imported from abroad and do not use genetically modified varieties.
The process of growing vegetables and fruit trees is applied according to the growing characteristics in nature of each type: from planting distance, height of soil beds, irrigation schedule to maintain moisture, using only one less nano fertilizer, creating conditions for plants to absorb soil from the mother soil so that the growth time of the plants follows nature.
The process of harvesting, packaging and preserving finished products is closed from greenhouses, orchards to transportation by refrigerated trucks to ensure the appropriate cool temperature to preserve the nutrients of fruits and vegetables. As a result, green food when coming to each household's meal is fresh and full of vitamins as if it had just been picked from the garden.
To help consumers get closer to a macrobiotic diet, Dong Xanh Farm has developed a product group of “Ready-To-Eat” and “Ready-To-Cook”. These are delivered to housewives in the form of ready-to-eat or pre-processed rations with nutritional ingredients and vitamins sufficient for family meals.
Thus, consumers do not have to spend a lot of time weighing each vegetable and fruit and then get frustrated because they have to waste the excess when buying too much food. Not only that, in order for green and clean foods to be closer and gradually become a habit of applying macrobiotic meals in the monthly menu, Dong Xanh Farm organizes periodic product promotions on vegetarian days: 30 , the 1st, 14th and full moon days of each month.
Currently, Dong Xanh Farm is a partner in the supply chain of organic vegetables and fruits meeting VietGAP standards for customers in Ho Chi Minh City and the Western provinces in large supermarket systems.
