Delivery service operates from  9:00 -  18:00 and only applies to orders over 200,000 VND;
To ensure the quality of services and goods, the order will be delivered at least 3 hours after we receive your order information. Orders placed after 16:30 will be delivered the next day;
Distance metrics are specifically verified using Google Maps with the customer;
For orders on the Website, the system will automatically calculate the delivery fee based on your location to the nearest store. In cases where the system cannot determine the address, we will contact and quote the delivery fee separately from you;
Delivery fees usually range from  15,000 to VND 40,000.

- 1 km radius: Free;

- 1-5km radius: 15,000 VND;

- 5-10km radius: 30,000 VND;

- 10- 13km: 40,000 VND.

- Over 13km, Dong Xanh Farm will deliver to the vehicle or transport unit designated by the customer. Customers pay in advance the order value and shipping costs..

4. Special delivery policy

- Orders from  1,500,000 VND  or more: Free delivery within a radius of 13km.
